Moana Tree Services began with a love for the outdoors and a commitment to providing reliable, affordable, and safe tree care to our community. After years of helping friends and family, we recognised the need for professional tree services in the Moana area. The name "Moana" reflects our connection to our local area and, meaning "ocean" in Polynesian, reminds us to respect the natural environment we work in. We're inspired by making homes and properties safer and more beautiful.

We're passionate about removing dangerous trees, pruning overgrown branches, and grinding away old stumps, allowing families to fully enjoy their yards again. At Moana Tree Services, we don’t just cut trees, we care for your property.

Above and beyond

One of our most memorable jobs was after a big storm in Moana. A huge gum tree had come down across a family’s driveway, trapping their car and blocking them from getting out. They were worried because they needed to leave early the next morning.

We came out that same evening, even though it was after hours, and safely cut and cleared the tree so the family could get out. On top of that, we chopped some of the larger logs into firewood for them to use.

The customer was so relieved and thankful and for us, it was a reminder that Moana Tree Services isn’t just about cutting trees, it’s about helping people when they need it most.

Community & Environment

Moana Tree Services may be new to Brisbane, but our roots in tree work run deep. I recently moved from New Zealand and am proud to now call Brisbane home. Building a business here is about more than just tree cutting  it’s about giving back to the community and caring for the environment we all share.
